Got to play with an 05 GTO on the way home from the NYIAS..

Or I should say he played with me.......I went to the NY Auto Show today with a few of our fellow NJFBOA peeps and ended up staying up in NYC a while after they left. On my way home an 05 GTO pasted me, really nice..sounded sweet, exhaust was definitely not stock, nice big pipes out the back......anyway, he sees me and pulls next to me and starts throwin revs, so we just start playing around a little bit doing little sprints......there was quite a few cars on the road at the time but if we did run straight up he would definitely had beaten me, everytime we took off he was pullin.....it was all in good fun though, ......props to the GTO, car sounded and looked really nice.

I did get a kill though, when I got off the parkway onto RT 34 and came to the first light an Audi A4 (don't know the year but it was a few years old) pulled next to me and started throwin revs and when the light turned he spun the tires a little and took off. I didn't really start playin until he kept slowing down to get me next to him. The first run he takes off (no beeps) so I take off and by about 80 had 2 cars on him or so and gaining, he comes back for more, this time we do it legit, slow down to 30, three beeps and we're off, again, by about 85 had 3 or so car lengths on him and pullin, so I shut down. Gotta give the kid props, he kept tryin!

All in All a good night of fun

considering it was a 4 lane road that was relatively busy you'd think it was a given
