went to e-town tonight... :(

60'........2.256
330'......6.379
1/8.......9.839
MPH......71.59
1000.....12.826
1/4........15.366
MPH.......87.36

Last time i went 15.475 @ 87.31, so im kinda disappointed that removing 150+lbs plus the home depot intake and drilled t-stat only got me a tenth. i think its because the car is running too hot, i need to get a manual fan switch.

how do your 60ft time and your trap speed compare to previous bests?
the air was pretty much crap last night, way too humid. so i doubt you saw the full potential of your current combination.
work on your tire pressures and maybe try throwing some cheap coil spring helpers from autozone into the rear springs to prevent weight transfer.

Drilled t stat... i'm not seeing any improvement there.

D/A is VERY important. What was the temp, himid and barom psi from last night and your oher time at the track?

What was your tire psi?

Did you weigh the car?

What were your other runs?

ahhhh so many questions...

Black 2-door GPGT with the dubs (17 inch wheels )

Previous best 60' was 2.260, now its 2.256

Previous best MPH was 87.31, now its 87.36

Front tire pressure, 25-27lbs, Rear 46-47lbs

Car weighed in at 3388

Last run was 15.660 @ 80.29, i had to lift off the throttle cause some ****ing mustang blew up and smoke was everywhere at the end of the track...other (first) run was 15.572 @ 85.53, not sure what happened to the MPH there.

Slips arent showing temps/humidity/baro.

I'm not too worried.

You mentioned your temp hovered around 210.

That affects perf.

Also, high humidity will also affect perf.

As you mentuioned, fan switch time, that will help.

I'd like to see the addition of the spacer by zzp.

If you had halfway decent weather last time you definately picked up. You equaled or bettered your previous times with crap weather. I've lost up to .4 just from weather, especially humidity. Days like that I just pack up and go home and try again next week. I'd say you probably gained a coulpe tenths from your mods.
