how much did you get in your eyes/breathe in?

Number 1 rule : ALWAYS wear eye protection!

if it was just a little bit, you should be OK. I'd flush my eyes out with water just to be on the safe side.

If you breathed in a considerable amount, I might go see a doctor. No telling what that stuff can do.

uhh go get that checked man... my pops got a really small piece of metal in his eye once and it started rusting and what not...almost lost the eye....he had to get surgery for it.....so any metal inside you, you'd wanna get it removed.....if it bothers you when you breathe go get x-rays or something dude

rust in the eye sucks...specially when ya look in the bathroom mirror and see the piece of rust firmly embedded millimeters from the cornea
