Xenon/Piaa Fog Light Conversion

Has anyone else ever seen a fog light conversion for 93 - 97 camaro? Someone had it on cardomain. It was basically 4 small cicular shaped lights, 2 on the driver side, 2 on teh passenger side, that were located in the mouth area of teh 93-97 camaro where the existing rectangular fog lights exist. The 4 circular lights were mounted somehow in that area with a filler piece to cover the whole fog light area.

Does anyone have any idea what im talking about and does anyone know where to get it?
