Island was crazy on sunday, no one got close to each other. Little G was all the way up in the line, then matt about 10 cars back in another lane, then barb a few cars back, then kasey & I at the very end.
They wouldnt even let me get into the staging lanes because it was getting backed up due to some snowmobile accident... Who the hell drag races snowmobiles!?
Im still going to complain about this. I payed $30 for a Sunday test & tune, and only got 2 runs in the entire day! Provided I got a 3rd run in within a reasonable time, I defenitly could have went 13.xx. We probably spent about 5 hours total just waiting around. I still think Englishtown is one of the best tracks I have ever ran at so far. Even at Englishtown I have always get a minimum of 3-4 runs!

Alex, I understand why you are upset, however when you pay your $30 to get in, no one promised you a certain number of runs. The track owners and operators have no idea how many people are going to show up for a test and tune on any given day.

I know what your saying. Â*But the times I have gone to E-town they give you that little tech card, and they punch it. Â*No matter what you ALWAYS get those 3 runs even if you wait for ever. Â*Ive had such good luck at E-town, Ive managed to get at least 5+ runs on test & tunes, one wensday I even had to send myself home because the Trans Am was spitting up anti-freeze (I could have kept going!). Â*
I wont complain that much, I got through tech at least

It all depends on the crowd. I raced at a Sunday T&T with the Lumina at Island this time last year, and I got 11 runs in (including several longer breaks than required because my water pump was failing, and I wanted to keep the car cool).
