Got a bog..

Yeah so i posted this a while ago and no one figured out what it could have been and im still stumped. I had a bog around 40 mph when i seem to get into overdrive, and when i let off the gas it would shake the whole car. So the past 2 fill ups i've put that lucas "real" octane booster in and to my amazment the car no longer bogged . BUT i filled up today with out adding that stuff and she had the same bog but no where as bad as before. Any ideas what could be the problem because it'll probably come back just as bad. I've done Tune up, O2, and it has a new cat. Any Ideas? Could timing be an issues?
