getting a motor built?

I got into an accident about 3 months ago and my car has been sitting ever since. The car needs a fender, headlight, sidemarker, and a bumper cover. Idk if i should sell it or get something new. If I keep it I think im gona get a motor built. If I get one built i would want to make about 400 to the rear wheels. What would be a good combo for heads cam/intake manifold to make something in that power range? I would also want it to be tpi.

400 to the wheels with TPI? I hope you don't mean a stock box, unless you plan on boosting it.

Ive always liked the idea of running Vortech Heads with the Holley Stealth Ram set-up with the proper cam.

But I already know someone who is planning that route

I've got a pretty nice setup all mapped out that should make around 400rwhp or more. It used AFR heads, a Stealth Ram and a Comp Cam. I have all prices and everything else. If you're interested let me know....me and 9secfirebird above can build and install it for you....I can also fix up your body damage if needed.
