no, they are actually called rear foglights, they are red also with a reflector. They are designed mainly for autobahn driving. where its some type of law that in foggy conditions you must put them on, or at least the drivers side i think it is. The lights on are equal to the brightness of brake lights, that way cars coming up fast behind you kniow where your drivers side is. You may have seen some mercedes, bmws or audis driving around with just one random taillight much brighter than the parking lights and is unaffected by the brake lights, well thats the rear fiog lighst being on. The bumper also has a wider space for the longer european plates and the rear red side body markers are non-existant. I believe I am maybe the only car in the US with this bumper/taillight setup. heres a pic of my car with the rear bumper(all genuine GM export parts, taillights used, bumper and foglights brand new)(bumper is not fully bolted on yet either)

[rant] Some people are more brutal than others, but ya gotta let some of the stupid questions slide. How else is the kid gonna learn anything if he doesn't ask stupid questions? I'd rather put up with a rash of stupidity (as long as he is willing to listen to people when they set him straight with the correct answer) then deal with someone in their 20s who is still asking stupid questions because everyone just ignored him and wouldn't help him when he was a kid. [/rant]

/rant/
justin-
the questions *with the exception of this thread* arent the problem...it's the random posts in EVERY thread, the hijacking of many threads, and the blatant postwhoring of every single free post opportunity he gets. theres other post whores, and theres other dumb asses, but when you combine both in one person, and have it staring you in the face in every thread....the hostility just comes out
