Classic car dealer greed!
I know for a fact that this 1967 Camaro sold for $65K last month and the dealer who bought it already has it jacked up to $95K! What a shame. It's an awesome pro-touring built car but will probably be stuck at the dealer for 2-3 years until they lower the price.

i think it will sell. its absolutely worth the money imo. i would take a driver car over a original resto any day. and if i had the money, i would pay top dollar for something like that without the hassle of having to wait and/or do the work yourself.... convenience=$$$

But would you pay $95K knowing they bought it for $65K less than a month ago? That car was a good deal for $65K considering the quality of parts and work. The wheels are the main thing that I would change.

$95k in my hand right now would be at least three cars: one would be a nice, half completed second gen, one a fourth gen - most likely an SS so '98-'02 - lower mileage LS1 street beast that will be an 8.XXX second 1/4 mile fireball, and then maybe a mother mopar thrown in for good measure - i like hemi 'cudas, but i could make do with a 440 six pack (at least a 383, maybe blown with a huge collector sticking up through the hood?).
$95k for one car is nice for the person on the receiving end because they are getting paid. not so nice for the payor nor the collector car market because the prices just keep going higher and higher... when will this bubble break? i think people like this unscrupulous dealer are forcing the issue. what did he do to the car to warrant a 30k price increase? nothing...
it used to be that only ferraris appreciated in price once you bought them.

I learned a long time ago to go on car club forums and get the best deals.
