t - top to targa top conversion

i ve been thinking about converting my t tops to a targa top and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good body shops to get this done at ??

I remember this being talked about a few times on the internet, especially on TGO. I doubt you would have enough support w/out the T-bar there. Too bad the search feature wasn't working on TGO, you could find a lot of info on this subject.

its been done, but i dotn know of any shops that would even attempt it. basically youd need all the unibody support that the convertibles have. and basically it would be easier to make a convertible into a targa top than a ttop into a targa.

subframe connectors would help a lot. but there would also need to be some sort of cross bracking to help keep the body from twisting in turns. not having a roof on a car compromises a lot of structural integrity.
