Trans noises

When my shifter is is neutral and the clutch is out (at idle) my clutch makes a whirling ratteling noise like its not balanced or somethings broken. But if I put the clutch into the floor (shifter still in neutral) it goes away.

Its a brand new Rockland OEM+ T56 with about 2k or so miles and a SACHS replacement clutch. Its made about 15 passes down the 1/4, but very little street abuse. I broke it in properly when I got it but its been making this noise the entire times its been in the car. When Im driving it feels fine I have no problems at all once Im in gear and going but it just sounds like something is wrong!

Any ideas? I dont think its warenteed anymore (purchased in October) but should I have it looked at?
