to be honest, whats the point of any tv's other than for it to say 'hey, look at my nifty gadgets' ? If someone would explain the novelty, i would gladly go put some in my 79.

TV's aren't ricey IMO . 5 TV's is too much tho, I wouldnt mind having only 1, but to each their own. Sure, TV's can get chicks... but my car stock gets enough of them Looking forward to checking them out soon.

be nice, lol. i have a tv in my SS, its the monitor for all my radio controls, also its a in-dash DVD/CD player. I also have xbox and ps1 usually hooked up to it, fun at car shows and when waiting for stuff, like in the staging lanes at etown. eventually when i get a laptop for my car, tuning etc, ill be using that monitor for the computer monitor as well possibly.
TVs for kids entertainment is one thign and tvs for shows etc are another. i also built my ss to show so i wanted something uncommon. however i had it installed back in 2001, way before they became more commonplace around 2003.

THANK YOU SMOKING SS

well i do all my own installs and ive probably installed close to 100 aftermarket radios/systems in the past 7 years for friends. I went to college for a year for electrical engineering, and wiring is the least of my fears, i actually enjoy it.
and racing isnt the only thing that leads to a car blowing up.. my LS1 went pop in my driveway all on its own. so now im still dealing with that. but the car will never be competitvely raced even with the "better" engine, itll still remain mostly a show car/cruiser with a full system, interior and all options...and at the same time be faster than those pesky v6's lol.
