So, What did everyone think about the Cops n Rodder show?
I thought it was a great show. Beautiful day too. I was in the 98 red camaro with the black z style hood w/ the chrome rims. I parked near this guy with a black 93-97 camaro with a procharger in it. He was cool to talk to and there were some great cars there. There was this green with white stripes 60's camaro convertible that was cool. I think it was an RS type model. He was parked in the lot closer to where they take your pic with your car. He didn't stay too long though. And of course there were the jeeps that were parked on eachothers tires. that was cool. But dammit, i had a disposable camera and the thing only took about 12 pics and was supposed to take 27. And i forgot to put my damn window sheet info with the number assigned in my window so that screwed me for a trophy win if i could have won. So what did you guys like? And also, who won the trophies?

Hmm...Procharged LT1. That was prolly Pamperd-Z (John).
Still upset that I wasn't able to go to the show....

Only way you would win a trophy is 1. Have a very nice old car or 2 buy one for a 150 dollar sponsorship fee.

Hey,
The show was great, Hannah and I had the best time at CNR yet. I want to thank everyone for their support of my vehicle change, it's greatly appreciated. Thanks and I look forward to seeing everyone there next year!
Sincerely,

I had a blast, only thing that sucked was I got burned to a chrisp and didn't even know it till THE PAIN hit later. lol
I can't complain about not winning a trophy, as I think there were cars there in a much higher league than mine who also didn't win. Jon's 'Velle is one of those cars.
So, all in all it was a good day. Great cars, nice peeps, and cheap eats.

Yup, good turnout of cars and not many ricer's at all. It's not the kind of show to worry about winning anything but it's for a great cause so it's always worth going. I just wish they could make the wind stop! It's always windy there.

Do you mean this car? If so thanks for the compliment. It does draw a crowd when ever I go to Etown or Atco or car shows.
I've been doing CnR for 5 years and know I would never win a trophy. I do have an office full of them from other car shows..
Figure I'll throw a picture of my old car up.. I miss this one alot. I had it since it was new.

Ian,
Thank you, that is the nicest compliment someone can get for their ride. I still drool at the car too, because I was blessed to get the car as a trade for my 30th Z28. Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing you all soon.
Sincerely,

Did anyone see that 60's Green Camaro with white stripes? That was awesome. Anyone know the owner? I don't normally like green, but his car was so cool looking, i'd want that same exact one if i had the money and was old enough to retire. lol. Those 3 blue camaros that parked near the Batmobile were cool too. It probably may be a good idea to park away from all the other f-bodies to give your car more exposure in case people don't go towards the f-bodies if they don't like them. But i am sure this isn't the case with a car show this size. But it was hard to miss them considering they were parked on their own. Did any camaro owners win any trophies at all? Or did any new cars win any trophies?

Yup, that was me you were talking to, nice to me you!
I had a great time, got to put some faces with names too. Show always has a good turn out and the mix of cars is super! I really like the fact that the majority are old muscle cars that are still driven.
The awards are selected by the person or company that buys them, so I guess it safe to assume most go to their friends. The CJCFO club use to sponsor two throphies that 100% went to F-bodies, regardless if they were club members or not.
My favorite car there was the yellow Z28 clone with the yellow interior, very well done!

There was one behind the fire trucks. It was for sale too. We better sell more t-shirts.
