actually i dont think i ever installed it on my computer

but i know it could barely run doom3 with the lowest settings. it would be fine when i was just walkin around or when one enemy attacked me but when like 5 of them came at me it would lag like crazy...

I need to get a better graphics card soon. It started lagging behind with CS:S a bit.

@ space station: sold it for vodka didnt you? we used to play halo like crazy my first semester at college since on our floor we had 2 ppl with xboxes and they were insane snipers. we would have CTF 4 on 4 matches that would last hours. we'd start around like 11 or 12 am and sometimes go till like 3 am!

jon pick up an Nvidia GeForce 7600GT, theyre like $140 or so and they're deffinately worth it. im running one now and its really good. it plays UT2004 pretty well, havent tried doom3 yet though

never really had one, it was my roommates. he bought the game played it for like a week then he said he can own any one of us. little did he know space station used to be obssesed with CS, and UT and constantly played those games when he was a kid. First time we played i pwnt his ass 20 to 2

his two kills came from sniping my ass across the field. eventually he got better but he never beat me, even when i was plastered i still owned his ass

he was not a happy camper...

Im not a nvidia fella... i got my 256MB Raedon X700XL pretty cheap and no problems yet.

I actually still play Quake3 alot too... I dont brag but I was at least one of the best instagibbers on teh net. With 16 players, 50 Frags Max per map and I was there within 2 minutes

... I was never into Gaylo 1 or 2

If anybody wants to set something up with UT2004, BF1942, RTCW or BF2 lemme know!!!

i only had one ATI card (AIW 8500dv) then i went to the old nvidia 5200 and now i stepped up to one of the big boys

i dont really have any other FPS games besides UT, old wolfenstein, new(er) wolfenstein, all the doom games and UT 2004. but if someone wants to give me a copy of something else i'd be glad to play it

the one thing i severly dislike about UT2004 is the new sniper rifle, it sucks more dick then jenna jameson

its soooooo slow now, nearly impossible to multikills or the like. but then again the new facing worlds kicks major ass

ill admit it im sort of a camper, mainly only in facing worlds 1&2 for UT

first time i played halo i couldnt get used to it cuz it was sooooo slow compared to UT

I have areas in every map where I rotate spots. I dont really camp, cuz your just asking to get shot one way or another, and the opponent is just gonna look in the same spot every chance he gets.

And yes, Im down for UT2004 also

*EDIT* I like the "low gravity" setting.

that maps made specifically for sniping, although it is a little harder to snipe in the new facing worlds (3) for 2004.

starcraft/brood war, command and conquer / red alert, now THOSE are real games... and the last ones I played much... well dungeon keeper is fun too but then you get to one level where it's basically impossible t win, i have fun till i get to that level then i just get annoyed.
