Check with Mike (9secfirebird) ... he usually lurks the site here and there, but I was pretty close to buying a race-prepped 350 off him a few months ago.
And just save up the little extra $$ and get urself a stirdy hydrolic jack. Stock jacks are ****.

Only the hood struts are urgent, I figured I check here first. My hood wont stay up even with a vice grip it slids down to a lower area of the strut.. its so stripped from the vice grip.
edit, thanks bonzo thats about the cheapest and what I want to pay for hood struts

i also believe that the oil pan clears the k-member fine, if it doesn't all you woudl need is a f-body pan from another 1piece rear main seal block that does fit in an f-body.

k member mod is needed if a/c is kept, thats what i meant.and as for the exhaust.. the stock lt1 manifolds would need to be included since the oem LG4 manifolds are not for D-shaped lt1 exhaust ports.
and i couldnt remember if there was a return line or not, now that i think of it, the montes had them, i should have thought of that, but i think they are small
