Thanks to you guys(and gals)
well, here it is two years later. i was just doing some cleaning and found some of the notes from the first day this club existed. hard to believe that this went from two guys bs'ing and putting back a few brews into a 1000+ member club with ties all over teh country.
this whole thing has honestly turned into a lot more than we had ever planned on and it is all thanks to you guys. i am not kidding when i say tht we used to joke about hitting 500 members "someday"
the constant flow of fresh ideas that come from everyone, the bad jokes and subtle humor on the forums and at the meets, and even the handful of clashes we have had with one another are well worth the effort.
thanks to all of you we are in a very unique position in the world of car clubs. we are getting up there in the ranks of some of the largest mark specific clubs in the country, and certainly one of the largest regional car clubs you will find.
for our third year we have some big plans that will be taking shape this fall. we will be moving from our current servor(the crash-o-matic) to a more powerful servor with much more storage and greater control (the bling-o-matic). we will also be stepping into the world of hosting not just events, but an entire racing and car show series.
our new siuation will also bring about a lot of upgrades in the content of the site. we will finally have the bandwidth, processor power, and storage to bring tech articles, f-body historical information, f-body print ads and magazine reviews, and tons of other f-body related info. so stay tuned and keep spreading the word
thanks again for 2 great years. i hope you all enjoy year three and all the rest that follow.
Thanks
Tru2Chevy and NJSPEEDER (aka Justin and Tim)

What is funny is when I clicked on this the 1st time, I got the dreaded internal server error.
Onwards & upwards!

Cool beans. I signed up to that njfbody site a long time ago, right around the time this started up. And everyday it got less and less traffic, and I finally realized after a cpl months that everyone was coming on over here. But glad to be here

and that was about the moment that the dispute between the two clubs went from nothing to an all out war. lol
i must admit, the last week or two that cryz ran the old club was pretty funny. the arguments were classic and the blame was pointed at whoever's name she could remember at the moment. lol
