What injectors? modded LS6

motor is a cammed LS6 with LTs and catback, ported TB and lid, i need to buy injectors ASAP so i need to figure out size and brand... suggestions?

also the motor MAY be supercharged in the future so a larger than needed injector right now may be a good idea. It'll be tuned before its really driven, so thats not really an issue with running untuned w/larger injectors.

i was looking at racetronic #42 and similar.... opinions/suggetsions?

run it on a dyno first. Depending on the tune I doubt you will need them. Seen plenty of cars with 400rwhp with stock injectors.

Now if you had NOS or a supercharger, yes get a inline FP and injectors.

you will run out of injector with those racetronics injectors if you go FI, but if you go big NA theres a strong possibility you'll run into tuning issues from what I hear with the stock pcm. Personally I've never done anything larger then the racetronics 42lbers but I hear all kinda issues once you go much larger. Also consider the racetronics injectors you speak of are rated at 43.5psi...whereas LS1's have a stock FP of 58psi meaning those 42lbers are actually more like 50lb injectors.

so.. svo 30s?

If i do go FI, changing injectors wouldnt be too hard so let me not base my choice now on that, and in the future i mean at least a year.

the racetronics 42's would be a fine choice for right now with what you have and even if you decided to go with a huge stroker motor they'd be fine...but when you add boost into the picture they become too small very quickly.

bill, but could you tune my car with the racetronic #42s or will there be issues.. i'll get whatevers easier for you and what you recommend. and liek i said if i do go FI, then i'll just upgrade injectors then.

another option i found were SVO flowmatched #38...

i want to order a set tomorrow so i'll have them by the weekend...

like I've said I've tuned a couple of cars with the racetronics with little or no issues...i cant guarantee anything larger then them NOT having issues though.
