Student finds needle, stabs others.

http://www.boston.com/news/local/ver...es_classmates/

I honestly don't even know what to make of this.

"He just walked up and stabbed me with a needle, and said you now have hepatitis," said student Ava Staples. She said she would be getting a blood test. "I'm pretty nervous."

Poking someone with a thumbtack is one thing, but poking someone with a needle that stands a chance of carrying a potentially life-threatening disease is another.

Some people just aren't right in the head....

Question, which is going to sound weird-

If you do in fact get a life threatening disease this way, is that considered attempted murder?

Suicide is considered a crime...
With today's courts it's entirely possible

i think the fact that there was a hypodermic needle on the side of the road is scary enough as it is. there's strict procedure for diabetics and such that actually use them.

well if you have sex knowlingly that you have aids and don't use protection.. that's a crime. So I would imagine stabbing someone with a needle would be as well.
