The guy who broke two driveshafts was Chris. I have known him for a few years. I order all sorts of stuff off of him for my work. Great guy would do anything to help some one out if they have problems. His motor is a N/A piece. The best part about Chris' car is that he was still taking it easy on it when it broke those two drive shafts. I got to see the driveshaft over at the shop yesterday man is it bad. Bammann does know how to make some big power and can get a car down the track as well as anyone I know. I have been helping Bammann out for the last 7 years or so at the track.

oh and i think these guys with nine second nitrous cars know more about bottle pressures than you, and if the pressure is off, they PROBABLY dont spray the car untill they get back in the pits to find out why, some people dont like their cars burning up matt......

I could not believe it. Before I broke the second driveshaft I did mange to granny the car to an 11.47 @124mph (all motor).

The second break did the most damage by shattering the carrier/spider gears first which then caused the driveshaft to lock up etc. So now we're putting in a good steel driveshaft and spool for the 12bolt.

i must say you are one cool level headed dude cause i'd have been pissed off all day. see you back in the spring chris | Spool is ~$200 & good driveshaft is ~$300 not including labor...I knew when I was getting into this game that I'll soon find out what the weakest links are and I guess I've found 'em.....

A bad day at the track is always better than a good day at work!
