Karen and I caught the last few minutes of the 4th quarter and all three overtimes when we at Friday's for dinner. They did put up a good fight....

imo it should not have been a loss. late in the game wva fumbled the ball and rutgers picked it up and scored but the refs said the dude was down. replays clearly showed otherwise. all in all their best season ever!

i have high hopes for next season. hopefully Teel will be replaced and the experience and practice will only make them better. it makes me feel good about my decision to attend this university.

rutgers will be a much better team next year. most of their starters will return, reports are saying that calls to the athletic department about recruiting are 10 times what they were a year ago, and the program has more money to throw into new top tier facilities than ever(yes, another new gym is in the schools future)
hopefully it will turn into a bit of a tradition to have some good teams up there. it is already a pretty well respeced school academically, some successful teams will round the place out nicely.
