Prices of these things in general are just getting out of hand anymore. Mopars are hot now, their prices are going up alot faster than GMs or Ferds. My dream of a 71 Hemi Cuda will never be had, unless I make one, which will still be expensive. Its really a shame, because I know of a garage thats about 20 mins from here that has: 1968 Road Runner 440-6 4spd, 1970 Challenger 426 HEMI 4 spd, 1970 Hemi Cuda 4spd, 1970 Daytona 426 Hemi 4spd, 1971 Road Runner 426 Hemi 4spd. I got the chance to ride in the 71 Road Runner, and that was the turning point in my life of owning Mopars. Not much else like rolling around in a big block mopar car

that I cannot say, because there are many more parts/Hemi motors/transmissions/rears that are around there and there are many more vehicles also.

So check it, I'm reading through the classifieds in the Bergen Record today.... Guess what's listed? A 1970 'Cuda, 440 6, auto, all original, #s matching (purportedly), asking $125K. No mention of condition though, but considerably cheaper than the rust bucket on eBay.

Or it was a scam. Local papers are known to have some. A COPO Camaro comes to mind...

True, true. But sometimes people list cars for sale in the local papers and don't know what they're selling. That's how I got my Firehawk, it was almost a steal.

Also very true. I check the "Penny Pincher" for that very reason. But some ads are a little too perfect.
