So I fail to see where your suspension, rear and trans are addressed

You could have probably bought those 24's off someone with an LT1, unless the design is completely different?

you could have saved money by buying summit brand cam, summit cams are crane cam's. Thats nice, I spent more on my last bill though, but summit is sometimes easier to order things.

Yea I was thinking about going with a Summit cam, but they don't have the lift and durration I want and the quatity isnt exactly up to par. The suspention stuff will be done later, and the rear and DS i'm getting from NJFBOA members. As I save up i'm gonna do up an all performance suspention including the tubular K-member, this list is just to put respectible power to the ground and get my car back. Now just so you guys who have this i spent more than you attitude, so what? Its all about HP and ETs right? Not that I'm saying I'm faster, but maybe I'll make a better gain %. Ok now what I've been doing for the past few hours betwine that post and now, was gathering gaskets and rebuild parts from various parts stores to get it done right.

nice parts and nice to hear ur hearts in it, but y?
for the money, you could have almost twice the power if you dropped in a v8. i mean w/e floats your boat man and congrats with the list, looks decent

Well then I would have needed to swap the trans, and my choice would have been auto or t-56 and I'm not a big fan of either. I'm not saying the dinky T-5 is great, but I just love a loud chevy with a 5 speed. Now the whole purpose isn't strait up power, or ETs, that would be an awsome side effect though, its more or less the fact I baught the car for $800 with the intention of swaping a V8 in it. I researced the project and wound up finding out about 3.4 puting down impresive numbers but I noticed flaws with there choices in parts. turbos that spool to late, over fueling, under fueling. So I spent a year and talked to people found more forums(including this one) got ideas both good and bad, sorted though what was what and came up to now. So I've decided to take the the road less traveled and see what I can squeze out of what is unexpetedly a stout little powerplant. I've got the parts on order. I've got the place set up(looks out window at 98+ V-6 F-body, 3.8, sounds like crap). I've got a few god guys ready to help, and I'm really hurtin for my car back. so by the end of may I'll be spendind countless hours at T&T tuning my car to T.

When I have the $$$. Its accually easy to do. I just get the car up on jack stands take the tires off, lift the weight of the motor with a engine hoist, unbolt every thing and down it goes. the 3.8 K-member in going to be the closest match but that needs fabrication and I'm going to practice welding before I trust my life to it.
