LS1 Lifters

does anyone know how long the stock LS1 lifters usually last before you should replace them?

It is my understanding that hydraulic roller lifters last a long time. Solid roller lifters and regular flat tappet lifters are the ones that require replacement from time to time.

What blew on your motor? If you got metal in the oil I would definately get new ones. If not, they should last a good long time. IMO if you are taking it all apart anyway you might as well put new ones in, they are cheap enough.
