i think we should see if we can get everyone together one night by hot dog johnnys and line the cars up like in some old drive in 50s/60s photos, but with late model cars.. i was there tongiht and the place looks great with neon lights at night. thats on the way back from the water gap, theres plenty of places for pictures there as well... that is if this whole airport thing doesnt pan out.
everyone whos getting impatient, please keep in mind that right now is the time of finals for many of the people on the board.. calling up various airports near them isnt high on their priority list until finals pass.

I know of 2 places... that top all of your places ((laughing at my ego about this))
Fort Lee, Nighttime Camera Only, Rooftop of Parking Lot overlooking rt. 4
Edgewater Nj, Multiplex Cinemas, night or weekday day, RIGHT ON HUDSON RIVER, with more subtle part of manhattan in background,
or another good edgewater parking lot

I am now wondering the same thing. Has anyone contacted the airports they have a contact at? Or decided exactly when and where this is going down?

I'll be honest. The location is absolutly everything to me. Parking lots, and most beeches just won't do it for me. If we can get it at an airport as suggested earlier I am in, as it will be one sweet picture oportunity. Other than that, and I'll probably have to pass.

Edgewater/ft. lee parking lots = overlook if not right on the Hudson, with NYC in the background.

If you are still interested in the Sussex Airport, someone should call them about a photo shoot for the morning of June 30th, since it's less than 10 minutes away from the Chatterbox, where the club meet will be that afternoon

sounds like a sweet idea but i agree with the above... tired of parking lot shots and the beach doesnt appeal much. a runway seems like the coolest. it can happen, i've seen pics of it.. just dono of any around here. theres uhhh teterboro which might be too busy. doesnt caldwell have one? morristown perhaps. there are many around

No, I don't know anything about it, or anyone who works there. I just did a quick google search to get that info.

I will try to call in the next few weeks. What date should I ask for? Personally I am thinking sometime early July. If anyone has any other thoughts let me know, otherwise I will ask for the early July date. I am guessing a Saturday would be best for everyone.

Also, if anyone else has any other contact info for other airports that might be okay with this, I will be up for calling others as well.
