I don't know if I would call it cheating. Maybe inflating your numbers. Like, your car only pulls those numbers on juice. So, 99% of the time you drive it, unless its a race only car, it isn't as fast.

i saw this thread and immediately thought "run what you brung"... as others have said. i wouldnt dyno with the nitrous and say thats my hp though... thats cheating!
i have nitrous on the camaro and the truck, lol. soon im going to have to put it on my parents hondas too!

some of the fastest cars out there that are true street cars are juice cars..... its no different then any other power adder.... for you to run a "real" shot of juice you need to make sure the compression is just as low as a turbo or blower car.... you also need the same goodies such as a forged piston to withhold the power.... nitrous is the cheapest and easiest way to go..... its looked upon as cheating maybe if you say your car is n/a no power adder and you run with the juice connected and spraying.... buttttttttt you can tell if someone is doing that by the smell and looking at the exhaust during a run......

i dont think its cheating, but if your running a car both of you specify no nitrous then one person hits the bottle anyway then thats cheating. So if there arent any stipulations then, no, i dont think its cheating.

thats how they race thought, they negotiate for lengths so theres a fair chance, so the guy has a race. they do it on the street, its all part of the game if you want to race, you negotiate enough to get the job done and to have a race, if u are getting it done, they sand bag so they can get another race, so they can potentionally get some $$$
