They say that the oil campaign is full right now.
By the way that promotion is for Pennzoil Platinum which is a full synthetic oil, it's really good stuff...I'll be curious if they really send that out.

the "stress ball" is supposed to be an enlarged example of the "adaptive molecules" in their oil.
p.s. got mine, too. next time we need oil, i'll go fulfill the requirements for the free oil. anyone need a $10 coupon for an oil change?

i think you need to submit a "write up" within the next 30 days or something
one of the requirements of the privileges afaik

yeah, it is part of the campaign, i sent 2 in so far
hopefully increase chances of being picked for another campaign with more free stuff
& i don't think they send you a coupon but more along the lines of a mail-in rebate
