so, outside of different paint, sfc, lca, torque arm and reupholstered interior... uh, what makes this car so special? you're lucky to get 8000 for a '99, what makes it worth 50+? seriously, i'm not trying to bust balls.

I think the story went something like this.
The guy started to build the car as the inverse 30th on his own, then somehow Pontiac or GM got wind of it and helped the guy finish it. They gave him Bremos and a bunch of other stuff.
I think the car was a giveaway though for GMAC at one point. I remember entering the contest but sadly I never won,
