need help

my firend had lost the keys to a 90 olds cutlass parked the car then sold the car to my other firend can anyone help me what should i do i cant deal with the vats b/s all over again

Did you try calling a GM dealer? May be able to help you out with that.

Other then that, I don't know what else you can do without dealing with the VATS drama.

when i had the problem with my camaro i just got a custome chip and had it turned off, maybe you can get a non vats ecu from an old cutlass from a boneyard

It won't be cheap, but any good locksmith should be able to come to you and take care of it. You might be able to get somewhere with GM for less money, but it would prolly be more hassle and take longer.

i pulled the steering column appart took the cylinder to the lock smith and it cost me 18 for 2 keys
