Anybody know a good place to get a car tuned?
I got a TPI system at the swap meet...my buds are planning to install it, i just need to find a good place to get it tuned after its installed. Anybody know a good place around central new jersey? Im going to have to put the camaro on a trailer to get there...i live by new brunswick. Looking for someone who will do an excellent job, cost isnt much of an issue unless its really priced rediculously. Let me know if you know of any please. Thanks.
Jon

Is it going to be a completely stock TPI setup on a stock heads/cam engine? If so you can run a factory program. If not I know Josh is doing tunes now locally. I've also had some good luck with PCM For Less but they can't dial it in in person like Josh may be able to do

O man i forgot to talk about modifications. No, it wont be a stock TPI set up..it has aftermarket heads and also has a aftermarket cam.

HP Tuners doesn't tune TPI either, and neither do any handheld programmers. He said in his first post that it's TPI.
The only way to tune TPI is to burn chips and replace them. There are mail-order companies that will burn you a chip, or you can buy the tools and do it yourself.
There are VERY few shops that will deal with this sort of tuning.

I use TunerPro, Tunercat and a Autoprom to do the TPI cars. Works quite well and cheaper than most people charge for a custom chip.
