Cat-back

ATM i can't really afford to get headers yet so i'm just going to get a catback for the time being. I'm kinda set on the tsp rumbler. I heard some sound clips and a lot of people have good things to say. Anyone have any experience? and yes i searched various forums about this topic but i wanted to know what you guys think. HOw would it sound with the stock manifolds and a cat?
