				No clutch pressure

I was driving out of my development today and went to shift into second... the clutch just dropped straight to the floor and flops around, made this weird freaking clunk sound, from what im guessing the master cylinder is shot
Anyone have any advice on how to change one? Or if it could be something different?

 I have an '83 with a t-5

maybe the clip that holds the pedal to the push rod broke and the pedal fell off the pin. Happened once on my 91.
Pull the panel under the dash and look.

Ok went underneath and found out its either the throwout bearing or something retarded in the clutch assembly, so i figured i'd replace the clutch since i have to drop the trans. Anyone have any advice on a good clutch brand? Or what to get? Im hoping to get a stage 2

Been to many years, I can't remember the part, but in my 84 W/355 engine making about 375-400HP and I used a Zoom clutch. Worked fine: I managed to brake every part of the drive train behind, but the clutch held up fine.

^thats my clutch, its a good one, just like i said it takes a 700 mile break in period.
I bought my flywheel from AMS racing, they sell on ebay and have a website, but they dont have much on their site, probably have to call them or email. I bought a 153 tooth billet steel 22lb flywheel from them for about 120 bux. You should need one for a 2pc rear main. I found that their customer service was top notch. I had a problem, the wheel was drilled wrong, manufacturing error, they sent me a new wheel and even pain return postage fopr the bad one.

With any kind of performance increases i would stay away from a stock wheel, especially a resurfaced one.

Ok so i finally took the bell housing off and realized the clutch fork broke. I looked on summit and jegs, even year one, and i couldnt find the right fork. On Summit they had one but it was up till the '81 model. Does anyone know if this would fit? or did they change the style in '82?

He looked up the clutch fork.... discontinued...

Asked about speedo gears... Well lets just say he didnt even bother looking for them, he decided he had better things to do and would call and let me know

well thats about par.good luck with speedo gears from the dealer, they always F them up, even when you have the part numbers

i got my clutch fork from Flemington about a year ago, it may be discontinued, but that doesnt mean its not available if they take the time to look for more than a second.
