Yeah we have about 8 months left on our mortgage here and we'll start saving for a new place, hopefully purchase something outright within a few years.
This baby was definitely a surprise to the wife & I since she's been on the pill ever since our last 
My little swimmers are definitely world class...

yeah, me too, until the doc hit a part of the vas-deferens that was not numb... i almost kicked him and the pain was unlike anything i have ever felt before. but it's a good thing to get done. then, even if your swimmers are world class, they can't swim up inside her as the road doesn't go there anymore... not only that, but then the libido skyrockets and there is no fear of pregnancy so the sex flows like water... oh, yeah, and it's been ten years for me. zero issues, although she checks for lumps and stuff that shouldn't be there.
