Your's look pretty good, but they are only 2272x1704. Make sure your camera is on the highest setting. Images at that size won't print as well.

jpg is fine, sending a raw unfortunately wouldn't do any good when we send it to the printer that we use.

Just to clear things up in case there is any confusion: People who had their car in our first calendar 2 years ago are allowed to submit pics for the calendar this year. We are only trying to keep the same car out of the calendar 2 years in a row.

Shouldn't have to stretch them, if you are then that probably means your camera isn't capable of those sizes.

What program are you using? if you right click on the file, just make sure that in the dimensions of the picture are AT LEAST that size. you don't have to make them that size, that's what we do.

BTW, all cameras 6mp and higher should be able to take something this file size. even 5 mp on the highest setting is probably ok (i can't remember exactly off the top of my head)

It bugs me most of my pictures come out to 2592x1944. I just looked this moment and finally figured out that the biggest my camera will take is 3072x2304. I wish i would have known this since the day i got it. because if there is any chance that any of my pictures can be a big picture then when made at 2592x1944 the qualitly wont look as good as 3072x2304 o well.

At least my S3 IS is a 6 MP and doesn't shoot at the required resolution, but still takes usable pics.

 | I'll have to figure something out. To bad none of the picutres i already sent in could have been full size. I finally figured out how to use the menu of the camera and i see large size and i couldnt believe i actually had that size.

 | Yes, I got them Don. When it comes to the calendar, there is no such thing as too large. Yours, unfortunately, are too small to be considered for a feature. We might use one for "filler" though.

Generally, you'll need to submit pics that were taken by a 7 (or higher) megapixel digital camera that was set on the highest resolution.

 | Yes....this is prolly the easiest way to get shots submitted for the calendar with no question of whether they are good enough or large enough....
