Trying to DL Adobe Flash

Every video on Facebook/Myspace as well as even Youtube keeps locking up on me when I got ow atch it. It says I need to DL the new version of Flash player.
So I click on the link, go to DL it, and it gives me the same "Network Error, Check connection and try again."
I can download anything else off this site, and updated my regular Adobe reader...BUT I cannot DL this flash player!! WTF~ Any ideas?

i gave up and went to go DL firefox.
I dl it...go to open it up to install it, and it says "file corupt" and I cant open it up now!! WHAT TEH **** IS GOING ON!!!!

I tried upgrading Flash player to the latest version but the problem persisted, I managed to fix the problem using the method described as follows:

Fixing the Video And Sound Playback Issue With Flash

* Download Adobe Flash Player 10 Beta.
* Close all browser's.
* Launch Flash 10 installer and complete the installation.
* Re-start browser.

This should fix the Flash video and sound streaming problems.
