Good things the Phils won.....
bcause I don't have much faith in the Eagles future. Going into overtime now against a team with a 1 and 8 record.

The Bengals are the one team in the NFL that I would say would benefit from a better QB. Yes, Fitz hits targets, but it is how he does it. When you look at the difference in the league between the best and the rest, the better guys lead receivers and create yards after the catch. Fitzpatrick just doesn't seem to have that knack.

You could tell nobody was going to score in OT. The Bengals played the Giants tough, held close to Dallas and tied Philly so they aren't as bad as their record.

What a pathetic showing by the Eagles. It's absolutely pathetic how bad their short yardage game is. It's really bad when it's 3rd and 1 and you don't have a guy that can get that 1 yard, instead you have to pass it.
