First off...welcome to last october
2nd, you can pre order one. Preordering started on October 13th. There have been over 11k orders for a car so far, near 90% of them being SS's.

You can go on CamaroZ28.com and they have a program where you can price out your Camaro.

Its not standard. Its optional on every car ever sold.

21 inch wheels are a dealer installed option

18 inch steelies are standardo on the LS
18 inch aloys on the 1LT
19 inch alloys on the 2LT
20 inch wheels standard on the RS package cars and SS cars.

The 21's are the ones that were shown on the Camaro Black and DEJr car.

How fast is the SS supposed to be 1/4 mile wise?

Yeah, I priced out a 1SS/RS at 35k.
Thanks to the 15 people that were picked to be the enthusiast eyes and ears, they pushed for cloth interior for the SS.
Once you get into the gfx packages, the car covers, and the vast dealer installed stuff, the car gets pricy no doubt.

Well, based on the G8 GXP, we are looking at a solid mid 12 sec car. I dont think it will be more then 4-5 months before we see an 11 sec pass done by a great driver, some DR's, a good track, and perhaps a tune.

Has anyone here pre-order one or is anyone going to be purchasing one as soon as they become available on the local lots?
