i hope its not a head gasket

Ok, monday i flushed out my coolant system cause i noticed in the coolant tank the water was brown (but still green in the radiator). today i checked the radiator to make sure i didnt have to add anymore coolant after the system flush, which i didnt have to, but when i checked the coolant tank there was what looked like sloppy mud on the plastic dipstick and the water is brown again. Now i checked the rad again and its still green. I also checked the oil and its still good, no water mixed in with it. Car runs great and no smoke out the tail pipe. So what do you think it is? And if it is a head gasket how hard is it to do?

Probably just the residual crap in the overflow tank. Unless you take the tank out and really clean it and the hose out you're probably going to keep seeing in on the dipstick.
