back in high school my buddy used to buy all the crap summit parts that made HP claims and ad up all the total HP claims of all his mods and ad them to the base HP of his car. Too bad the base 275HP + the 130HP (roughly $5000) of bolt ons only got his car into the high 14's did not equal 405 that he was telling everyone. When he finally dynoed it he found out it only had 278 HP

To answer your question Doug, the car in question is probably only putting out about 25-30hp less than your car at the flywheel(Auto's eat more power to the wheels). Since his car is an Auto, he will practically always be a "perfect" driver. But with the stick, you have to be a pretty good driver....get more seat time at the track and then run him. And yea...I know you think I'm sticking up for him because I'm friends with him, but your car should obviously be a mid 11 second car(Just let Ron take it down the track), and the Auto car in question is no where near close to that. Until you can really drive the car, don't try and throw challenges out there like you did on the other site that this all stemmed from.
Just fyi, I put down 335 on dynojet and have gone 12.5x's @ 113.xx mph. And I have beaten that car in question at the track. So go learn how to drive the car and then run him. Take care...

Well Doug, even though I am one of "them", I say go learn how to really drive your car and then beat him. I guess your not on that other board a lot, but the environment is a lot different over there and there is a lot of BS talk so you can't assume that they were thinking they were better than you. He simply said line it up and they'd find out. The race that he beat you in was when his car didn't have spray or tire. There's just too many factors, but on spray it should be a GW for him. On motor it will be close.

so doug... if you honestly think that a cam only car putting down 360 is going to walk another bolton ls1 with tire a tune and a 100 shot then i think you are the one who needs to do some homework not me.

This all started because camarokid08731(the car in question) posted a video of his car running and Doug commented it by sending out the "friendly" challenge, and camarokid said bring it.
