bill, you are thinking of big wheels. im pretty sure most tricycles have an aired up front tire, with two plastic wheels out back.

i actually did have a trike with a tubed tire up front and plastics in the back, good for 360's  3 piece cranks too
oh and fml. at least its hippy green
