Noises...

so ive got two annoying noises coming from the front driver side, and teh rear drivers side. The one in front happens when i hit the brakes rather harder, noticably when im stopping on a hill pointing downward, kinda like a loud "CLICK" like right in front of me.
also under the same conditions, something almost "pops" in the rear near the quarter panel.

anyone know what i could look at to start trouble shooting? theres too much to look at...

Do you have subframe connectors, maybe bolt on?

I actually was gonna post something similar to your prob. Its my 02 M6 and everytime I press the clutch in lately I hear a click in the same area as you. Also when i am in a gear (1st,2nd,3rd) and I let off the gas I can hear the same clink. Doesn't feel like a trans mount but not sure if I could tell that from drivers seat. Similar to your prob?

mine definatly creaks but i think I need all new bushings at 107,000 miles I suppose I do. I guess Ill have to recheck mounts and stuff. As far as noise when braking I would chk. that the spare is tight and that nothing got into the quarter and is rolling around. Ive had that happen to me in other cars.

Check your caliper brackets its most likely the mounting bolts coming loose.
