I dont do roads usually, although there are a couple round my area. I prefer creepy houses.

yeah you might be doing them wrong. what really sets a creepy road off is the music you are listening to in your car or even dead silence. also driving like 20 mph is definitely a must. i recently started listening to tool, not their rock songs, but their trippy songs full blast on these roads and it creeps the **** outta me.

Shades of death road is right next to Island. We should go racing then go get creeped out.
That road never disappoints me at all.
Anybody has done the 13 witches (Johnson's Drive) in North Plainfield/ Watchung?
Thats a couple blocks away from me. Its fun to ride your bike down.

search for vids on youtube if you wanna see it in motion. Very dangerous supposedly..

Not dangerous at all unless you push your vehicle beyond your limits. There are no guardrails but the road is plenty wide to still push it and be 100% safe. And yes you MUST do it at least once in your life. Of course after doing it once you WILL go back. I would bet you $1000 today on that.

Wrong and wrong and sort of wrong.
The Tail begins in North Carolina and ends in Tennessee. There were ZERO cops when we were there. You are limited to about 50mph simply due to how complex of a road it is, and in various sections 35mph is the max, but not because of the threat of LEOs.

i do the same thing on creepy roads. wierd thing is sometimes when the moon is out you can see the reflection of the road and you can drive without your lights on...i wouldnt recommend it though.
tool is great..next time you are on a creepy road all dark listen to faaip de quaid and viginti tres by tool..full blast. some of the nine inch nails ghost songs are trippy also.
