Wrong and wrong and sort of wrong.

The Tail begins in North Carolina and ends in Tennessee. There were ZERO cops when we were there. You are limited to about 50mph simply due to how complex of a road it is, and in various sections 35mph is the max, but not because of the threat of LEOs.

i see guardrails in those pics

indian cabin road is just a dirt road, nothing cool about it... but the surrounding farms and land around the area house a lot of weird people at night, but mostly just students on blunt rides

The road is 10 minutes from me. Its at Egg Harbor Lake. If you go on the lake side, and go towards the back, there is a big chunk of concrete, and there is a plaque in memory of a woman and children who were killed by the local indian tribe centuries ago. If you go the other way there is an old boys school. who had a care taker that would chase you if you attempted to trespass. He had an old black pickup and would chase you for a while. He has now since moved, so the thrill of that is gone. Some say satanic meetings or KKK meet there, but its nothing but old ruins. I also live about 3 minutes form the Jersey Devils house foundation. I had a friend who's house is about 300 yards from it in their back yard. Whats creepy is to drive down the dirt roads behind Renault Winery. Sometime you'll find random people walking down them, or several people in the woods walking around!!! That's scary. You should drive down them with no music or in a convertible, just waiting for the Jersey Devil to fly by and pick you out of the car.

well im back there all the time, for..uh..research purposes, and theres def. some weird **** around there... lots of odd noises, the occasional scream from wherever, animals fighting, but nothing out of the ordinary from regular hickville south jersey... now the abandoned orphanage and church off of pennsylvania (i think???) in hammonton is a pretty scary place

I love the roads in NW nj and Eastern PA. Shades of Death I pass daily, the road leading up to it (Hope Rd) is a good road, but is lit and has some houses. Route 611 in PA is a lot of fun driving on. I have to say, I don't get freaked out by dark sparsely populated roads, but probably has something to do with living here my whole life.

Don't go searching particular roads out, find them. Head for the darkness and away from the cities. Its more fun that way atleast until the buzz wears off.
