I don't use the phone unless it is completely warrented. I know what it's like to be in the middle of something and having to drop it and answer the phone for something that could've been handled through other means. I know that Josh didn't have to crawl out from under a car to answer this WWW question, so to me it is the superior means of communicaton for this issue.
And I was quite pleased to hear that Josh carries Amsoil.
