I heard 6-12 on the radio this morning. The threat of that much is enough to convince me to tune up the snow blower tonight and bring some stuff inside the shop that normally sits outside.

It looks like 6-12" for most of the state with the south getting more and north getting less. But there is also a good chance for a decent storm next week so it could be white a for a while! It looks like my 4Runner will be ok to drive as well, the brakes aren't as bad as I thought they were.

Knew I should have gotten the snowblower ready for the season earlier. Guess I'll be off to Lowe's to buy salt before the there isn't much left.

I hope we get snow. I rebuilt my plow/pump this summer and need a good snow storm to try it out.

Holidays are always better with snow.

It doesn't look like 18" here like I guessed, more like 12" maybe but I haven't gotten out for a real measurement yet. Pretty impressive for a Dec storm and winter starts tomorrow!

We got peanuts here - maybe 4-6" in my area of Bergen County. In fact, the wind almost completely cleared one walkway already. Gonna go shovel and clean the Jeeps off in a few minutes, but it's not bad at all.

No ****. this was the slowest foot of snow ever. started at like 6 am fell about an inch per 90 minutes then must have dumped for an hour or so overnight
