bah, one of my most desired cars of all time is being auctioned!!

One of the most influential cars that started my interests in GT40's, which eventually lead me to become a huge fan of classic, and vintage racing, is finally being auctinoed. I don't know how much it's going for, but I feel it's priceless.

WAAAAAAAAAAY ahead of its time. To bad we all don't have the BLING $$$ to bring this home to our 3.5 million estate, but that's where it will be parked. If ANYONE is interested, I have this car in a 1:18 scale diecast (without box) for sale @ $30.00.

haha, thats how i found out about that car. Maisto makes the 1/18th scale model, and I got it as a birthday gift. I got it in a hotwheels form ( 1998 First edition) but after I got teh model I fell in love with the design, then found a GT40 hotwheel, and found out that the GT90 was a concept honoring the GT40, and it just went from there. Easily one of the sexiest cars of all time, and will forever remain on my top 10 list of cars I will want for all time.

Rumor has it Jay Leno has his ears open for the auction. I can only hope he wins it, and not that guy that has crashed 10 exotic cars including one of two ever made Ford Indigo Concept cars!!!

Not sure I'd go that far, but you're love of hyperbole is unmatched.

However, I agree, it is a very cool car. And that's cool it got you into the real ones.
