Does anyone know when the state will start fixing the potholes in NJ? Like what month?
I ask because it's beautiful out, but I know there are way too many potholes in the normal areas I drive and I don't feel like ruining my car the first day out for this Spring.

They usually fix the destructive ones real quick, at least our town does. The less destructive ones get fixed anytime between the end of March through the summer months, main roadways being first priority. But this is NJ we are talking about here. They may get around to fixing them by October

yeah the awesome fix they did on the one that popped my friends tire was amazing. now insted of a 3ft wide and 1ft deep hole is now a 3ft wide 1ft tall speedbump. i guess they were thinking over time it'd get compacted down. well it's been over a week and it hasnt changed. but i guess it's better going airborn than hitting a hole.

These kind of problems (blown tires, broken rims, cracked windshields) is why I carry $100 deductible on the comprehensive insurance coverage. Its well worth the expense.

I would rather hit a pothole then hit a car in the next lane or oncoming traffic....
