Its tough to bleed with someone helping, and next to impossible by yourself.
You can use a turkey baster to suck most of it out of the reservoir, and fill with new. Keep doing this for a bit as you drive it and you should notice a improvement.
The whole drill mod thing is when you are really driving the car hard and slipping it during WOT drag runs and such, you will loose pedal pressure. By your description it is the opposite it seems.
Just try cleaning the fluid first and see what that does.
