Give Hanlon Motorsports a shout, they're a sponsor and he can tell you about the differences between the transmissions. Do you plan on keeping your stock clutch setup or going to the 93-02 OEM style hydraulic, that makes a big difference right there. The LT1 clutch setup works differently from the LS1 and the bellhousing is different as well. You may need an adapter plate too.

We have some T-56 1386-011 units that are brand new. 2.97 1st gear. They come with a plate that enables them to bolt to any sbc bell. Steal for $1995 We used to sell these units for $2795 Let me know if anyone wants one. I may be able to do a little better for njfboa members. Call us if your serious. I'm really really busy in the shop this week and can't spend alot of time in front of the computer. Thanks Bob 610.469.2695
