Did a poker run in the water at Pt Pleasant yesterday

There was bit more chop than I expected and some nice 2-3' wakes that I think we hit at 40+ mph and it was a blast! Every time I tried to get into the skiff a bit, we would hit another set of waves from somewhere and get airborn. I think we ran for a good 1-1/2 to 2 hours. This is where the vacuum secondary carb is your friend! I have to admit, running on the river is a little boring compared to the bay with a little chop and some wakes.

Wish I could've seen it! And yeah, river's are horribly boring once you get a taste of the big water.
