Believe #2 answered your question. It's involved but not hard to do.

There are multiple threads on it here. Bigz28mam, micbeggz, monmouthctyantz, and others have done it.

Ricky, its not hard at all, just time consuming. Should take about 4-6 hours to do complete swap. Get your self a can of liquid wrench and let that soke into any rusted bolts. other then makeing sure you have all the parts, its pretty straight forward. Also do yourself a favor and take photos.

its all plug and play. all you need to change in all the body panels from the fenders forward. no wiring required

Fenders, bumper, headlights, impact foam, brackets, hood, wheel wells. Wiring is slightly different plugs but with common sense can be figured out easily.

the only thing i would consider really tricky about doing this swap is aligning the hood properly. its not hard, just some minor adjustments and a little patience. im pretty picky about panel alignment and ive seen so many hoods that look straight but the gaps between the hood and fenders are way off. it kills me it does.

To this point, you can make a straight car look hit when you go to sell it.

Yup, I was told by someone who also did a pre-98 to post-98 T/A front clip swap that the brackets are required as well. Luckily, I had a doner car, so I didn't risk it and just swapped the LS1-equipped cars brackets over to the '95 body since it was easy enough and I had them.

I'm not sure if it's any different with the Catfish, err... excuse me, "Camaros," but perhaps one of the informed members here will expand on that point and give a definitive answer.
